Dit project is een vierkant ruimteframe / hoogte 16 meter / totale lengte 30 meter / totale overspanning 18 meter

1. De installatie van het stalen ruimteframe moet worden uitgevoerd na de acceptatie van de onderste structuuras en het ingebedde bord.De eisen voor de onderste steun zijn: het hoogteverschil tussen aangrenzende steunen (afstand L2): de kleinere waarde van L2/800 en 10 mm, op dezelfde hoogte Hoogteverschil tussen de hoogste en laagste steun: 20 mm;

2. Bepaal het installatieproces van het stalen ruimteframe in overeenstemming met de kracht en structurele kenmerken van het rooster en de werkelijke bouwomstandigheden ter plaatse;

3. Nadat het stalen ruimteframe is geïnstalleerd, moet het worden gecontroleerd:

a.De toegestane waarde van de verticale en horizontale zijlengteafwijking is 1/2000 van de lengte en mag niet groter zijn dan 30 mm;

b.De toegestane waarde van de middenverschuiving moet 1/3000 van de spanwijdte van het stalen ruimteframe zijn en mag niet groter zijn dan 30 mm;

c.Voor het gaasframe dat door de omtrek wordt ondersteund, is de toegestane hoogteafwijking 1/400 van de aangrenzende steun, en mag niet groter zijn dan 15 mm, en het maximum en minimum mogen niet groter zijn dan 30 mm;voor het gaasframe dat wordt ondersteund door meerdere punten, is de toegestane hoogteafwijking 1/800 van de aangrenzende ondersteuning en mag deze niet groter zijn dan 30 mm;

d.Detecteer de doorbuiging van het raster volgens de specificaties en ontwerpvereisten.Na de constructie mag de doorbuiging van het stalen ruimteframe niet groter zijn dan 115% van de ontwerpberekeningswaarde.(Maximale doorbuigingswaarde van rasterframe L/250)

4. Als er lokaal lasballen zijn, wordt groeflassen gebruikt voor het lassen van de lasbal en de staaf, en de lasnaadgraad mag niet lager zijn dan de tweede graad.

5. Nadat de installatie van het stalen ruimteframe is voltooid, moet het oppervlak van de verbindingen en staven van het ruimteframe schoon en vrij van littekens en vuil zijn.De verbindingen en overtollige gaten van de boutkogelgewrichten moeten worden gevuld en afgedicht met vet.

6. Tijdens het gebruik van het net moet om de 4 tot 5 jaar uitgebreid anticorrosie-onderhoud worden uitgevoerd.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
